Just wanted to let you know that your hard work made the reception!
You were professional and attentive throughout the process, checking out the venue, listening to our preferences, and adjusting to last minute changes. The announcements for our entrance, specialty dances, speeches, and cake cutting were great, well-timed, and entertaining. The music selection was awesome- songs I never would have thought of got people out on the floor and dancing all night. (Lol, I will always remember dancing to "Walk like an Egyptian..." with most of my female relatives.) We couldn't believe how long you kept the party going! Everyone raved about how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to.
We had initially considered an "iPod wedding," but thank goodness we changed our minds! To anyone is considering simply making an iPod playlist - don't do it!! We can't imagine the wedding without Jay managing the timing and making such good music choices based on the mood in the moment. You are very talented at what you do! We plan to recommend you to any friends needing a DJ in the future.

 We were fortunate to have Jay Rock's services at our JAX Seniors Bash. He was so wonderful that we called him to do our bash again this year!
We are extremely pleased with his professionalism, his friendliness, and, his desire to ensure that we have a wonderful time. His ability to read the mood of a crowd and play the proper music at the proper time is commendable. He is like a pied piper with a crowd -- he can really get them up on the dance floor to have a good time.
Jay has a smooth speaking voice (just like a radio DJ), and a great personality, for emceeing. He handles everything with perfection.
Our guests are extremely impressed with his performance. Many even asked if he will be with us next year. To be certain of it, I made a deposit for his services for our 2011 bash, on the same night that we ended our 2010 bash.

Jay Rock. I want to take this opportunity to thank you
for providing excellent DJ services for my mother in law's
seventieth birthday party. I'm not
sure if I have the words to describe what a delight it
was to work with you or how pleased I am with your work.
There are several key points for which you deserve praise.
One point for which you deserve recognition is your professional
demeanor. Through out the whole process, from the planning
to the execution, you acted like a true professional.
It was easy to work with you and your quick responses
to my endless e-mails helped alot for my planning.
Another great thing was the depth of your music library.
I thought that it was going to be difficult for the DJ
to provide the mix of music appropriate for this particular
age group. You certainly put my fears to rest. Not only
did you have the right music, I really appreciated the
sequence that you put together; going from 1940's swing
to fifties top 40 and finishing out with iconic 1960's
songs. They say it is the little things that count and
this attention to detail was great.
Lastly, I want to thank you for being open to co-ordinating
your show with the other live entertainment. I know that
I sprung the Elvis impersonator on you at the last minute
and that he had alot of need for your support. For you
to be so accomodating was truly appreciated.
I could go on and on singing your praises but let me just
say to you that I am grateful for all you did to make
our party so special. I want you to know that if I or
anyone I know ever needs a high quality, professional
DJ you are all but guaranteed the job.
